DUI and driver's license cases
Honestly I sat in Awe watching this attorney go to work at my motion to suppress hearing. I watched him the whole time and saw not just his wisdom in the field but the passion he has in his line of work. I had a very odd case and was Leary if we could get it to be suppressed by the judge. But only Because I had Attorney Daniel representing Me his argument convinced the judge to suppress it. I am stress free of dealing with A DUI and probation!! I Would highly Recommend him if you are in Florida!

I want to thank Mr. Nawara for helping me with my drivers license problems. I am so glad that I chose him to represent me over the many others that I inquired about. He has proven his knowledge and skill in dealing with these types of legal issues. His service is extremely reasonable. This attorney is a credit to his profession. I was incarcerated when my girlfriend hired Mr. Nawara and she just went off google reviews so it was a roll of the dice, but let me tell you I’m glad she decided on him. He is a very knowledgeable and competent attorney. I had a fairly complex case involving two different counties and he navigated it with exceptional expertise. I was facing significant jail time and he got it reduced to just a year of probation. Attorney Daniel Nawara was very professional in helping me dismiss my traffic criminal case. I was pressed charges for Criminal traffic violation in manatee county and he was the first person I reached out to for attorney help. The first time I met Dan Nawara, he looked me in the eyes and said "let go of it all now...this is in my hands now, let me handle this for you." And that is exactly what he did. The legal situation I went through for a year and a half was incredibly stressful for me so I was certainly not the calmest through 95% of it, but Dan was a rock for me. Calls, questions and updates
I have hired Mr. Daniel for my Injunction case and criminal defense case because they are involving the same parties and situation. When I say this have been by far the best experience I have had dealing with my current situation. Mr. Daniel has made me feel comfortable and relaxed especially with my anxiety for court rooms. Attorney Daniel was very helpful to me for my son’s case. I called him after hours on Friday night about my sons case and he started to work on my sons case as soon as we hung up and Monday morning my son had a hearing on Wednesday and was able to get out of jail and have no charges against him.
